把你的想法告訴 AI，它會先上網查市面上的商品和開源專案，再從 8 個面向打分數，算出真實成本和變現收入，最後告訴你怎麼改、怎麼跟現有方案做出差異。結果會輸出成一份乾淨的網頁報告。

它會做什麼

步驟	內容
1. 調查現有方案	搜尋商業產品（App Store、Steam、Product Hunt、Reddit）與 GitHub 開源專案，收集價格、熱度和使用者抱怨
2. 八面向評分	痛點強度、目標族群、市場規模、市場空白度、差異化與護城河、技術可行性、獲客難度、變現潛力。每個分數都附證據和「怎麼提高」
3. 預估成本	網域續約、資料庫免費方案的限制、Vercel 免費版不能商用、上架費、程式碼簽章、金流手續費、海外收入預扣稅…新手常以為免費的項目都會算進去
4. 變現換算	Steam／App Store／Google Play 抽成、廣告 CPM／eCPM／CPC 算式、訂閱轉換率，並算出損益兩平點
5. 改進與差異化	針對最弱的面向給出具體步驟，逐一說明怎麼跟每個競品做出差異，以及 1–2 週內能完成的驗證動作

需要：可以上網搜尋的 AI 工具，以及 Python 3（用來產生報告）。

What it covers

Competitor and GitHub research, including pricing, traction signals and user complaints
Scores 1–5 on pain, audience, market, gap, moat, feasibility, acquisition and monetization, each with evidence and a “how to raise it” note
Cost scenarios (MVP vs. growth) that include the costs beginners forget: domain renewals, database tier limits, store fees, code signing, payment fees, tax withholding
Monetization formulas (store cuts, ad CPM/eCPM/CPC, subscription conversion) and a break-even point
Concrete improvement steps, a per-competitor differentiation plan, and 1–2 week validation experiments
